'I'm fully all in with Bayern' - Kane reduces on Premier League comeback
Kane achieves his century goal for Bayern Munich
Harry Kane has stated that his interest in coming back to the Premier League has faded and he is open to discuss a new agreement with Bayern Munich.
The star striker is presently halfway through the four-year agreement he signed when transferring to from Tottenham Hotspur for 86.4 million pounds in the offseason of 2023.
The experienced forward has scored an impressive 103 goals in 106 games for the German team, playing a key role in them claim the 2024-25 Bundesliga championship - which was the initial significant honor of his distinguished career.
Tottenham boss Thomas Frank has previously expressed that he would like to see Kane return to England, where he requires 48 goals to surpass Alan Shearer's all-time Premier League scoring milestone of 260.
However, the England leader has now indicated that he is no longer as eager about going back home as he once was, and would certainly consider prolonging his tenure in Bavaria.
"In terms of extending longer, I could definitely see that," he remarked.
"I discussed openly a couple of weeks ago that I have not had those conversations with Bayern yet, but if they were to occur I would be open to talk and have an straightforward conversation.
"Obviously it relies on how the next year or so progresses and what we attain together. Right now, I would say we are in a fantastic moment and I am not thinking about anything else.
"In terms of the Premier League, I don't know. If you had asked me when I first left to go to Bayern, I would have said for sure I would come back.
"Now I have been there a couple of years I would probably say that has gone down a little bit, but I wouldn't say I would never go back.
"What I have discovered in my career is that different chances and different moments happen and things align. Going back to my first point with Bayern right now I am completely all in with Bayern."
Record-breaking Achievements and Future Ambitions
Kane is the all-time top goalscorer for both Tottenham and England and recently became the fastest player this century to achieve 100 goals for a club participating in one of Europe's top five leagues, securing the milestone in just 104 games for Bayern.
However, a title had escaped him until he secured the German title last season.
Kane admits that he was not sure how he would react after overcoming his trophy drought, but now thinks it has made him motivated for more success.
"When you win a title like I did last year, maybe it could be tempting to go the other way and be like, 'OK I've done what I wanted to achieve'," he explained.
"But it's given me more motivation to do more and be better. I think I've demonstrated that this year.
"I was intrigued in how I would feel after winning a trophy. Obviously there's still a lot more I want to achieve in terms of other trophies and bigger trophies for sure.
"But I think it was always just, in my head, what I was going to feel like after I did achieve winning my first one.
"But for sure, I challenged myself the other way in terms of being even better, maintaining even cleaner, doing more gym. Just trying to get the most out of what I've got right now."
